FAQ

Customer's frequently asked questions.

The number of physiotherapy sessions you’ll need depends on your specific condition and its severity. On average, we recommend approximately 3 initial assessment and therapy sessions to properly evaluate your body’s function and identify any underlying patterns. These sessions help us determine the most effective course of active, dynamic support to aid in restoring and improving your physical function. After this initial phase, we’ll tailor a treatment plan based on your progress and individual needs.

The frequency of physiotherapy sessions depends on the nature of your concern, which we’ll assess during your first appointment. As a general guideline, we recommend leaving a minimum of 72 hours between sessions to allow your body time to respond to treatment. Most clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on their specific goals, condition, and rate of progress. We’ll work with you to determine the ideal schedule for your recovery.

MLD is a specialized clinical therapy used to manage Lipoedema, reduce post-operative swelling after cosmetic or medical surgery, and support detoxification. It is a gentle yet highly effective technique for restoring lymphatic flow.

The number of sessions depends on your reason for treatment. For targeted results, 3 to 7 sessions are often recommended. For women, the ideal timing can be around day 0 or 7 days before menstruation, as this supports the body’s natural cleansing and toxin elimination. Many people also choose to include lymphatic drainage as part of a regular wellness routine for ongoing benefits.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on releasing tension in the body by working with the craniosacral system, the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. It supports the body’s natural ability to heal, helping to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Sessions are deeply relaxing and suitable for a wide range of concerns, from physical discomfort to emotional stress.

Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. These points correspond to different organs and systems in the body. The aim is to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It’s a holistic approach that can help reduce stress, ease tension, and restore balance.
